Great news: Student Work Packets

Bi-Weekly Activity Packets in English and Spanish for Pre K-8th Grade
will be available for pick-up at the school Monday-Friday between 9-1pm.
We are creating two-week packets provided by the Office of Teaching and
Learning filled with engagement activities for students to complete. 
Packets can be picked up from Door 5.
Some other important information:
Spring Break- no meals served at Volta
In order to consolidate schools that are serving meals across the city, the District has chosen
specific schools that will serve over Spring Break next week.  Volta will NOT be serving
meals next week .  The closest schools that will serve meals next week are: Haugan
Elementary and Hibbard Elementary.  Please inform your parents. I will be sending
communication to parents and updating the website/Twitter with the information as well.
 Families can call 773-553-KIDS or email familyservices@cps.edu for families who don't
have transportation to pick up food. Food delivery can be made available.
