A character reference: Frank Smith

I first met Frank in 2011, during a student exchange program between my high school
(from Castellón) and his (from Leeds). Each student had to lodge another one from the
other country in order to make the least possible expenses. He stayed for two weeks and
a half in my house and I also did in his one month later. Since then, we have had a great
relationship, having visited each other twice a year.

I am in no doubt that Frank is the ideal person for this job, as this job does suit him.
Obviously, he speaks English perfectly since it is his mother tongue. Besides, he has
studied teaching, so that he knows how to cope with children properly.

Moreover, he is a very responsible as well as hard-working man, so I am sure that he

would be glad to work as much as possible, and children will have a great time with
him. In fact, he has worked in several summer camps in England, and he has always had
a great experience.

For these reasons I do think he will be a great asset to your camp, in addition, he does
enjoy working with children. I have no hesitation in recommending him for the post, I
am sure he will make a valuable contribution to your project.
