For me integral human development is that which encompasses various

aspects of our life such as spiritual, biological, professional and intellectual
and how it changes the approach in which we see and act.
It affects how we make decisions.

Examples
1.- Human biological development: When we grow is part of our
development not only physical but also cellular this is also part of the
development.

2.-Human social development: When we do not only think about

ourselves and begin to see for the common good, it can also be seen as
development for the good of others.

3.-Intellectual human development: As its name suggests, intellectual life

is based on the use of the intellect, so we use and develop it.
