This student has increased almost 2 full years of grade equivalency through my

instructional teaching and intervention plan. The student started at a grade equivalency of
two months into second grade and currently is at the level of beginning fourth grade. This
displays more than one year of academic growth in a span of 6 months. Though not at
grade level yet, this significant growth will allow my student to be close to grade 5th grade
by the end of the year.
This student has increased almost a full year of grade equivalency through my instructional teaching
and intervention plan. The student started at a grade equivalency beginning fourth grade and currently
is at the level of at beginning of fifth grade. This displays more than one year of academic growth in a
span of by the end of year. Though not at grade level yet, this significant growth will allow my student
to be close to grade 5th grade by the end of the year.
