FAMILY PLANNING

Family planning is a topic for all. It’s taught not only amid educational institutions but
also in community settings and in societies in general, and imparting such topic on
widespread audience clearly indicates of how important of a topic it is. family
planning stands for the utilized contraceptive methods as means of giving couples or
individuals the chance of exercising their right to determine the desired number of
their children, and achieve healthy spacing and timing of their births. Thus,
preventing unintended pregnancies therefore reduces abortion and decreases the
rate of maternal and child mortality.

Moreover, family planning helps to abate the incidence of sexually transmitted

diseases and infections. Overall, it accommodates a better childbearing experience
for the whole family, and it upbeat a lot of aspects like financial situation,
socioeconomic aspiration and sexual behavior.

Individuals and couples who adopts the concept of family planning happens to
establish a decent percentage of contribution to the society, as to reducing infertility
rate and save taxpayers money.

Philippines has been always known to face the issue of unmanageable population
growth which remains a tough challenge till today. I think comprehensive family
planning implementation can put an end to this problem in which every family should
conceive depending on their resources, psychological preparedness, sociocultural
and economic status.
