Subject:-PROVISION OF DOCTORS,STAFF NURSES AND DIALYSIS TECHNICIANS .

Respected Sir,

It is stated that we are facing severe shortage of staff in our Dialysis Unit as
stated in the subject due to which smooth fuctioning is not being achieved .There is no doctor
on evening and night shifts,only two staff nueses for fourteen beds in each shift And only two
dialysis technicians for all the shifts .We are doing dialysis in all shifts i-e; morning ,evening
and night.

Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis and provide us two doctors,five staff nurses in
each shift and one dialysis technician .

It has been requested multiple times in the past as well.
