Lead the interview and selection process of the company and ensure that all recruitments are

Initiate and execute plans for employee training & development to support business strategies &

Conduct Training Need Assessment activities, prepare training calendar as per training needs and
conduct training accordingly
Assist in establishing and maintaining an exemplary learning environment across SQUARE Group
Develop/facilitate process and policy as per company needs & objectives for organizational
development in connection with the supervisor and find out the areas of process simplification
