A Downscaled Tribute to the Classic Centuri Kit #5341

Make two prints - one on 24 lb. stock, another on 110 lb. stock
Use a glue stick for the body wrap and fin covers.
The Body Wrap (24 lb) glues around a BT-20, just under 7.75” long.

The 110 lb. cardstock fins fold sharply at the dotted centerline
(score and fold) This rounded fold is the leading edge of the fin.
Glue the folded cardstock print over a center layer of cereal box
cardboard. Let dry between the pages of a heavy book.
After drying, cut through all three layers on the thin black lines.
The cut lines are on the root edge side.
The leading edge of the fins glue right to the top of the fin alignment
lines. The fin lines extend below the back of the fin for easier
alignment.
The single black fin meets the black line below the “H” in HORNET .
Use the 2 3/4” long cone from the Estes NC-20 four pack.
Paint the nose cone black.
Use a streamer for recovery.
Fly with 1/2A3-4t and A3-4t engines in a standard 5/20 adapter.
