    Dear Mr. Anosh:
    Thank you for contacting us about your bicycle. Even though your twelve-month warranty has
    expired but WX Bicycles will still repair your bicycle free of cost as it’s our company’s sole
    purpose of existence to value our customers beyond any limit.
    In one or two business days from today our customer representative will call you to confirm your
    address (in case changed) and the time to send our mechanic to your house. You just have to sit
    back and relax our men are well trained to make our customers’ worries go away. If there’s
    anything else you need please drop by our store, we have whole new accessories and gears
    brought in especially for customers like you, I’m sure you’ll like it.
