Assessment Assessment Assessment
Before the Assessment
Assessment can be enabled with the below configurations to prevent the candidates from resorting to
malpractice.

Auto logout
Full Screen on Webcam
Window monitoring
Switch

▪ Full Screen: This feature enables the assessment screen to open in kiosk mode on the browser there by creating an
impression in the minds of the candidates that they cannot switch out of the assessment window.
▪ Auto logout on window switch: This feature auto logs off the candidate from the assessment after they have
switched out ‘x’ number of times (x is configurable).
▪ Webcam monitoring: This feature enables the capturing of candidate images which can be further processed by our
ML/AI algorithm to identify whether the candidate has resorted to malpractice or not.

During the Assessment
Recruiters can remotely monitor the assessment in real time by using our trademark Eye in the Sky technology. Key
features which would give recruiters some insights on the candidate real time activities are:

Video Multiple Face

Switch Count Switch Time
Proctoring Detection

▪ Switch Count: The number of times the candidate has moved out of the assessment window.
▪ Switch Time: The total amount of time the candidate is out of the assessment window.
▪ Video Proctoring: Live video feed of the candidate’s webcam
▪ Multiple Face Detection: Highlighting the candidates with multiple faces being detected in the line of sight of
the webcam.

After the Assessment
Candidate assessment report provides the insights on the extent to which a candidate has resorted to malpractice and
the techniques being used by him. This can be interpreted with the help of below representations:

Violation Violation Candidate

Scale Parameters Images

▪ Violation Scale: The algorithm computes violation scores for different violation parameters by assigning different weights
based on assessment scenarios. These scores are then provided to ML/AI platform to derive final malpractice score for a
candidate on the scale of 0 to 5.

▪ Candidate images with flags: The face recognition engine flags the images with potential issues which can be used by the
recruiters to probe the candidates further. The issues that are being flagged are
▪ Use of static image
▪ Impersonation
▪ Object Detection
▪ Multiple Face Detection
After the Assessment
▪ Violation Parameters: The different parameters which the ML/AI platform use to compute the overall
malpractice index of the candidate.

After the Assessment
▪ Violation Parameters: The different parameters which the ML/AI platform use to compute the overall malpractice
index of the candidate.

▪ Window Switch: The total no. of times and the total amount of time which the candidate has spent outside the
assessment window.
▪ Face Recognition: Identifying and validating the authenticity of the candidates who have appeared for the
assessment
▪ Answer Behavior: The pattern with which a candidate has responded to the questionnaire.
▪ Face Detection: Identifying the presence of another individual in the candidate images and account for the
probable assistance received.
▪ Object Detection: Identifying and flagging the suspicious objects (like mobile phone) in the candidate image
which could be used for malpractice.
▪ Type of Device: The device (Mobile/Tablets/Workstation) used for appearing for the assessment viz-a-viz the rest
of the population at the same location.
▪ Multiple Login: The number of times a candidate has logged into the assessment.
