Go in 2018
Highlands: Visit the highest peak in Papua New Guinea - Mount Wilhelm. Call a local
guide, it's not advisable to go on your own if you want to climb the mountain. Make
sure you have a few days to visit the sights in this place, because there is plenty to
discover.
Kokoda Route: This 60-mile (96 km) route begins in the Port Moresby area and takes
you to the Owen Stanley Region. You can try a 5 day trip along this route to explore
all the hills and springs there;
There are many activities you can try
in Papua New Guinea, all of which
will turn your vacation into a
stunning, unforgettable experience.
In addition to scuba diving and
trekking (already mentioned), you
can also try bird watching, surfing,
attending festivals such as Goroka
and Mt. Hagen, fishing and flying
tours. The food there also deserves a
chance! Try the "Kaukau" (sweet
potato) traditional potatoes,
prepared in a special way called
"Mumu" - in an underground oven with meat and other vegetables.
Tsodilo Hills
In the north-west of the country, Tsodilo hills act as an open-air museum for San Bushman
culture. Among the exposures and rocky hills there are about 4,000 ancient paintings, all
representing the life of bushmen who have traveled over 20,000 years. They are believed to
be direct descendants of the first Homo sapiens or human beings.
The
remnants of the whaling industry have left enormous amounts of whale bones and seals
along the coast, plus a name that is so. Currently, the place is known for the sinister
skeletons of the shipwrecks, the living proof of the existence of some unfortunate people
who once discovered how deceptive the rocks could be.
Thank God, the beautiful Skeleton Coast National Park (and 16,845 square kilometers) is
more accessible to the traveler's foot, though if you stumble into the northern area, you'll
need to reserve a fly-in safari.
Anyway, you'll find here a spectacular wild and unique world of dunes that shelters baboons,
giraffes, lions, black rhinos and antelope.
Explore some of the wildlife and most isolated regions of Namibia with panoramic flights and
car exits on fascinating terrain, including the impressive Skeleton Coast. You will stay in
retreat camps in the desert landscape that cuts your breath and you will discover a unique
fauna and flora, adapted to life in the extremes of the desert environment.
Rock formations will cut your breath, changing sand dunes, the unique wildlife of the desert
and the NamibRand Nature Reserve will conquer and make your trip memorable.
You will venture into incredible exits with field cars in the reserve, explore the largest sand
dunes in the world with ATVs and relax at the end of a successful day in the night-view
reservation with a specialist in astrology. All this in the fascinating story of Namibia.
Points of interest:
8. Madagascar
From the "do you know" category: does the smallest lemur in the world weigh less than a
box of raisins? You better get him in your luggage and take him home.
Madagascar is the fourth largest island, and due to the fact that it is not exactly in the middle
but rather isolated at the end of the world by the world, it makes many endemic species to
live there.
Exquisite beaches, national parks that slowly pull off the jaws, making the lower one slip
slightly down by surprise, baobabs in strange shapes and a lot of jungle. Aaa, and well ...
lemurs. The species, which leaves as much grass, as those with a ringed thorn, and up to the
Indri species that communicates like a cry. Perhaps the island is not exactly the place where
you can get your eyes closed, but it certainly deserves all your efforts.
So if you want to admire some of the most beautiful landscapes you'll ever see, visit
Madagascar!
9. Galapagos Islands
The Galapagos Islands are nothing more than an archipelago of volcanic islands. For science,
however, they are just as
important as Jerusalem is for
Christianity because it was the
source of Darwin's natural
selection theory. And, of course,
today it is a UNESCO World
Heritage Site.
From the effort to conserve the
natural environment as best as
possible, access to the Galapagos
Islands is quite strict and anyone
wishing to enter the region must have a certificate. The aim is to know the identity of the
tourists closely and to know exactly the reason for their visit.
Well could it be different? Endemic creatures that shadow this earth are unusually friendly,
especially thanks to the absence of natural predators. And the fact that the whole
archipelago is a national park makes the area much less disturbed by human activity than
would normally be such a precious place.
In the Isabela or Florena regions you will enjoy the presence of the Galapagos penguins.
These are the penguin areas of the Galapagos Islands so you can admire hundreds of copies
in the same place.
Here you have nothing else but to send out kisses as long as the day is to lizards, finches,
penguins, seals, Galapagos turtles and, of course, marine iguanas.
Diving alongside sea lions or giant turtles do not compare to any other activity in the world.
This action is allowed in the Galapagos Islands, and tourists are just waiting to venture into
the waves of the Pacific Ocean.
10. Coral Reef, Indonesia
In the Raja Ampat is estimated that there is the
highest level of diversity in marine life. From the
planet!
And who are we to contradict this when we know
we find here 600 species of coral and 1200
varieties of fish ?! Isolated and almost untouched
by the man's sinful hand, Raja Ampat is, without
free exaggeration, a paradise for lovers of diving.
Raja Ampat is the crown jewel of the marine
reserve. Very appropriate, the name means "four
kings". Centuries ago, these kings were humans - four rajahs stately domed by a sultan of the
Mirodeni Islands, today's Moluce Islands, located a little further west, in the Halmahera Sea.
So here we are, come to the end of the list, after reviewing the most beautiful 10 places on
the surface of the earth.
Now all you have to do is whip it, put the spot for the discovery of the world (clear
indications to friends that they can make donations anytime) and start making the necessary
reservations. If your thought remains at one of the destinations, make sure you do not go
anywhere without first choosing the best travel insurance.
Bon Voyage!
