Team Preparation & Exercise
Discuss these three questions as team:
What is an engineer? (maybe many things)
What is a manager? (ditto)
What skills does an engineering manager (EM) need to have?
What skills does an EM not need?
Before you start, YOU MUST AGREE:
a recorder (write down the path & highlights)
a time keeper (how long is left? milestones? agree before?)
a facilitator (has everyone contributed, did they speak enough?)
a reporter (who will speak for the team?)
an organiser (who will manage practicalities and logistics?)
Present and agree class findings
team by team
on board?
