PROJECT PROPOSAL
ACTIVITY: MULTI-STAKEHOLDERS DIALOGUE

AGENDA: 1. Propose and formulate immediate and possible solutions to the following ‘Focus-Issues’

a. Sanitation or Garbage disposal


b. Security, Safety, Traffic and Parking
c. Incidents of theft and robbery
d. (Other Concerns)

2. Should the ‘Focus-Issues’ had already been addressed by any or both of the participating
barangays, or by any organizations and sectors, the ensuing Resolutions and Submissions to the
said issues shall be Reiterated.

VENUE: San Carlos Boromeo Parish Hall, Tamontaka, DOS, Maguindanao .

DATE AND DURATION: Third or Fourth Sunday of March 2020 (Tentative Date) for 3 hours
and 45 minutes- from 8:am to 11:45 noon .
Budget: Php 18, 885.00 (Annex A)

PARTICIPANTS: The target number of participants is at least 60 and maximum of 80 individuals from the
Multi-Stakeholders of the two barangays.

1. Barangay Officials and representatives


 Brgy. Semba – 5 pax
 Brgy. Tamontaka- 5 pax
2. Representatives from Traffic Management Unit- 3 pax
3. Representatives from the Military- 2 pax
4. Religious Sectors
 Islam representatives- 5 pax
 Christian representatives- 5 pax
5. Organization leaders and representatives
 Habal-habal drivers- 5 pax
 Payong-Payong drivers- 5 pax
6. Concerned citizens or constituents of the said barangays- 40 pax

Rationale: In Aid Of Legislation and to unfurl the ENDS of Inclusivity, as envisioned in the
Bangsamoro Organic Law, to all people from different walks of life within the BARMM. Through
the optimism and initiative of the BTA Office of MP, Dr. Susana Salvador-Anayatin, the
promotion of the Spirit of DIALOGUE between the MULTI-STAKEHOLDERS existent in the
focused locales, serves as a cultivating and nurturing soil for Religious Sensitivity, Peace
Building, and Social Responsibility.
Objectives: The activity aims primarily to address community concerns and problems especially
the abovementioned ‘Focus Issues’. The participants are strongly encouraged to be
more active in their engagements and participations for the betterment of their
community and relationship to one another.

EXPECTED OUTPUT

At the end of the activity the participants are expected to:

1. be aware of their own disposition on the said Subject Matters.


2. be mindful of the existing laws, ordinances, agreements and prohibitions, in line
with the abovementioned ‘Focus-Issues’.
3. formulate resolutions, and express submissions to the former.
4. disseminate the output of the activity to the community, also to observe and comply
to the same.

METHODOLOGY

Key Messages: ACTIVE INTROSPECTION

a. Personal Disposition- a concerned citizen shall raise his/her personal experience


regarding the enumerated ‘Focus-Issues’.
b. Communal Disposition- How is it dealt with by the Community?
c. Public Officials Disposition/Concerned groups or sectors - What is the response
offered or imposed by the Barangay, Persons Involved, and the organizations?

The Facilitator shall obtain the personal experience, Masking Tape,
observations, and statements of the participants Metacards,
regarding the focused issues that happen in their Marker, Manila

The participants shall write them in the metacards
given, and post it to the section where the issues fall.

25 mins Consolidation and Subsequently, the Facilitator shall consolidate Masking Tape,

The Facilitator shall take note the underscored
subject matters and tip over the same to the
appropriate attending officials who shall address it.
Subsequently, the proper official or representative

The Facilitator shall take note the resolutions or
reiterations given by the addresser.

The Facilitator shall write the output of the


preceding activity and post the same so that
participants are able to take note of them. Especially
addresses that include Resolutions and Reiterations.
