Ingredients: o ¼ cup milk o 2 eggs o 2 cups flour o 1 cup sugar o 8 tbsp soft butter o 1 tsp baking soda o 1 tsp vanilla extract o ¼ tsp salt o 3 very ripe bananas o Measuring cup o 2 mixing bowls o Cooking spray o Deep, Rectangular baking pan o Walnuts and/or chocolate chips (optional) 3.) In your larger bowl, add in 8 tbsp of soft butter and mix with 1 cup of sugar.
4.) Using the same
bowl, add in 2 large eggs. 5.) Stir in ¼ cup of milk and 1 tsp of vanilla extract into the large mixing bowl and stir together.
6.) Using one banana at a
time, tear apart and put into large mixing bowl. Mash the bananas against the bottom and sides of the bowl using a fork. Repeat for all three bananas and until smooth consistency. 7.) Set your larger mixing bowl aside. In your second, smaller mixing bowl pour 2 cups of flour.
8.) Add 1 tsp of
baking soda and ¼ tsp of salt to your flour and mix together.
9.) Fold your dry
ingredients bowl into your wet ingredients bowl. 10.) Mix together until you have a thick consistency and you can no longer see the dry ingredients.
11.) Add in your optional
ingredients for special taste. I added in a handful of walnuts and chocolate chips! 12.) Spray your cooking pan with cooking spray and pour in batter!
13.) Bake for 60 minutes.
Make sure to check on it a couple of times while 14.) Wait…….. waiting to ensure proper cooking.
15.) Take out of oven.
Leave in the pan for 10 minutes before taking out and slicing.
