AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

That I, Trevor Torres, 25 year old, single, Filipino, and a resident of Unit 44, Victoria Towers
Residences, Brgy. Washington, Makati City, after having been sworn to in accordance with law
hereby depose and say:

1. That I am currently a bartender of The Palace Pool Club located at Taguig City for 2
years 4 months and I was on duty on 02 March 2020 from 3 o’clock in the afternoon until
11 o’clock in the evening at the said club.

2. That on said date and at around 8:30 in the evening, my friends, Arlene Batlangao and
Clarisse Cabalona, entered the said club.

3. That after approximately 30 minutes, Bogart Dimalanta and Conrado Montemayor, who
are my friends as well, entered the said club.

4. That Bogart and Conrado approached the bar and chatted with me and after a few
minutes, Arlene and Clarisse, also approached the bar and asked me to introduce Bogart
and Conrado with them. Upon their request, I introduced Bogart and Conrado to Arlene
and Clarisse.

5. That after they got acquainted, Bogart and Conrado ordered Bacardi drinks for
themselves and for Arlene and Clarisse. After which, the four of them started conversing
with each other. After a while, I saw the four of them part ways.

6. That after the four of them parted ways, two (2) waitresses approached me and told me
that they saw Arlene and Clarisse take the phones of Bogart and Conrado from their
pockets.

7. That Bogart and Conrado went back to the club after a few minutes to look for their
phones.

I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and to support the filing
of the Criminal Cases against Arlene Batlangao and Clarisse Cabalona for violations of Article
308 of the Revised Penal Code.

In witness whereof, I hereunto affix my signature this 3rd day of March 2020, at Taguig City.
