Taj Mahal is a Mausoleum that houses the grave of queen Mumtaz Mahal. The
mausoleum is a part of a vast complex comprising of a main gateway, an elaborate garden, a
mosque (to the left), a guest house (to the right), and several other palatial buildings. The Taj is
at the farthest end of this complex, with the river Jamuna behind it.

The Taj stands on a raised, square platform (186 x 186 feet) with its four corners
truncated, forming an unequal octagon. The architectural design uses the interlocking arabesque
concept, in which each element stands on its own and perfectly integrates with the main
structure. It uses the principles of self-replicating geometry and a symmetry of architectural
elements.
Its central dome is fifty-eight feet in diameter and rises to a height of 213 feet. It is
flanked by four subsidiary domed chambers. The four graceful, slender minarets are 162.5 feet
each. The central domed chamber and four adjoining chambers include many walls and panels of
Islamic decoration.
Taj Mahal is built entirely of white marble. Its stunning architectural beauty is beyond
adequate description, particularly at dawn and sunset. The Taj seems to glow in the light of the
full moon. On a foggy morning, the visitors experience the Taj as if suspended when viewed
from across the Jamuna river.

Two days ago I went to the Merapi Mountain. It was the first time I climbed the
mountain. I did it with some of my friends. We start climbing at 8 p.m. It was so dark and we
only used flashlight to get the way. I felt no worry because all of my friends were professional
climber. I just followed their instruction.

We climbed slowly and enjoy the night there. After 7 hours walking in the dark, we could
reach the top of the mountain. It was at 3 a.m. early in the morning. We were not alone. There
were a lot of people who reached that top before us. We waited the sun rises by cooking some
food and making some hot drink to get back our energy. We sang some songs together, shared
stories and got acquainted with people there. After seeing the sun raised, we had to go back
home. Getting down the mountain was not as hard as the climbing process because we only spent
a few energy and time even we had to be more careful to do this process.

However, it was great experience i had ever done so far. After all, that was my great
experience I had ever have.

Dragonfly is a carnivorous insect that belong to the order of Odonata. They are agile
fliers and their flying skills can cover a wide area. They inhabited various area such as forest,
garden, river, lake, rice field and also around our house. They start their live as an aquatic larva.
They spend several years in this form and live in freshwater.
The body of a dragonfly consist of head, thorax and abdomen. The head is round with
two large and multifaceted eyes on it. The size of their eyes are almost as big as their head. The
color can be blue, green, yellow, red, gray or brown. The thorax is long. This is where their
wings and legs are located. They have two pairs of transparent wings and three pairs of legs on it.
Their hindwings are bigger than their forewings and they cannot be folded. They have a very
long tail. This tail is actually their abdomen which contains some of their important organs such
as reproductive organs and some organs that took part in their digestion process. They can curl
this tail during the mating process.

A landslide or landslip are a natural disaster, something which is unfortunately


unavoidable. Landslides can vary in size but usually they always involve a large ground
movement. This can be things such as debris and rock failing.  A landslide can occur on shore or
off shore and usually at coastal lines but it is the gravity that forces the debris and rocks to fall
and for a total landslide to occur.
If an area has some pre conditional factors, it could help to build up a lot of problems, sub
surface problems and conditions from arising.  The conditions could make the slope to

Last week I went to the theatre. It was the only theatre at my town. I had 1 free ticket to

THREE ANIMALS
Once upon a time, there were three animals in an old empty well. The well was not
any water at all. The animals were frog, snail, and turtle. They lived there peacefully
because there were grass and other plants that lived inside.
When the grass and other plants decreased all days, there were little plants inside, the
turtle wanted to walk and went outside the well. It told to both of its friends. They said,
“You are stupid animal, how can you go?” “We can walk slowly, I am sure we can reach
the top”, said turtle. Then frog said, “Here I can jump, but I don’t want to do a silly
mistake”. Seeing this, frog directly walked to the wall of well, it walked slowly while ate
plants around it. Feeling tired, it took a rest and it almost slipped. The frog said, “Hey you
turtle, come here, back to the bottom of well, see, you slip and you almost fall down. I am
sure you will die after this.” The turtle did not take a rest long time, it walked again and
ignored frog’s words. And finally it could reach the top and it could be free from the lonely
well.
The turtle said to them to walk slowly to be free from the well, but they ignored its
words. Finally, the turtle could see its friends in jungle and it could eat the foods that were
never eaten before. The snail and the frog died because they could not eat anything inside
