A Basic recipe for Fried Rice
Ingredients :
 2 large eggs
 1 teaspoon salt
 Salt and peper to taste
 4 tablespoons cooking oil or as needed
 3 cups cooked rice
 1-2 tablespoons light soysauceoroyster sauce, as desired
Step :
1. Heat a wok and add 2tablespoons of cooking oil. When the cooking oil is hot,
pour the egg.
2. Lightly beat the eggs with salt and paper.
3. Stir, until it is lightly scrambed but not too dry.
4. Remove the eggs and clean out the wok.
5. Add another 2 tablespoons of cookingoil.add the rice and stir fry for a few
minutes, using a wooden spatula. Put soy sauce as desired
