have wide rage of amla product. Once they capture south east Asian consumer, they can
introduce new product and with less investment risk. South east Asian consumers are well
known with Amla product, so VP foods have advantage.
2. It helps to discover your competitor’s strengths and weaknesses-
It is important to know strengths and weakness of the other competitor. The entry of
competitors will be difficult to VP foods. The main effect of substitute or alternative products
is on prices. Availability of substitute products cause great effect to company as it lowers
ability to raise prices, because consumers can easily change to other substitute because of
cost or for their convenience.

Currently VP foods are focusing on Netherlands for the Amla juice. Incoming years VP foods
wants to expand their market in Europe. This will be done by gain a strong competitive
advantage by creating a supporting ecosystem of complimentary products and services, which
can come via third-party relationships. These relationships can support the scaling of the
organization while minimizing the financial risk.

 As our targeted potential customers will be the south East Asian population, and those are
acquainted to the Amla juice. So, in coming years to introduce a new product in the
market they need the same channel to push their product in. This will help VP foods to
develop their product line in the market.
 To develop the new product line in the future needs planning and execution of new
marketing initiatives.
 Finding and developing the new markets in the neighboring countries and improving
sales.
 To maintain the relation with current customers and increasing the rapport with the new
clients.
