1. serviceable range
JGC full enclosed weighing coal feeder is the main coal feeder
equipment use by heat power plant in milling system. In the full

enclosed conditions, coal can be transported equably and continuously
, and measure of every furnace can process. It is the perfect equipment
to realize positive balance account of consumption of coal.
JGC full enclosed weighing coal feeder is fit for other industry on
continuous transportation and measure of locale incompact material.
We can realize open loop or closed loop flow control and inplant
network management.

3. principle of work
Coal was dragged by the belt of coal feeder. Coal is dragged from
bunker by and moved on by belt with its deadweight and the frictional
force of belt. So that continuous coal supply can be realized.
Under the convey belt, weighing roller, weighing frame, load cell
was fixed. The weighing frame on witch load cell is fixed on the carling
of conveyer. Weighing frame supports the weighing roller, on which load
cell measure the weight of material on the belt and send a electric signal
which is in direct proportion to load of belt. The electrical signal is send
to weighing display.
The speed sensor which is connected with driver roller provides a
series of impulse, a impulse means a fixed distance belt moved.
Frequency of impulse is in direct proportion to belt speed. Signals from
load cell and speed sensor be accepted and magnified by weighing
display, then with truing, digital/analog conversion and integration
operation, the accumulative total and instantaneous quantity of coal
which has been conveyed will be display on the weighing display.

cleaning system, measure system, temperature controller system,
dynamoelectric strobe. And the equipment can expand according to user’s
requirement.

1. serviceable range
NJGC proof pressure weighing coal feeder has application in circular
sulfuration bed boiler milling system of heat power plant. It has
specialties of proof pressure, energy conservation and environmental
protection. In the full enclosed conditions, coal can be transported
equably and continuously , Measure of every furnace can be realized. It

In the coal feeder, temperature sensor is used for online detection.
When the temperature in the machine higher than setting value, electric
control system will accept the alarm message sent by temperature sensor,
and execute quick shut instruction of electromotor strobe to close channel
and cut feed influent. So that the system can be protected.

CHAPTER 3. Coal quality requirement during coal feeder’s
run
There are no special requirement for coal quality. The granularity
and water content have no too much effect on coal feeder’s work. When
the water content is too high, some coal would adhere to the belt. But
they will be clean out by the inside belt cleaning and outside belt cleaning
in time, and was send to coal discharge gate by bottom cleaning device.

CHAPTER 5. speed regulation mode and dispose mode of
actuating device
Speed regulation mode includes frequency conversion speed
regulator and sliding transformer speed regulator. With the sliding
transformer speed regulator, driver device consists of cycloid pin wheel
speed reducer and speed regulator control etc. With the frequency
conversion speed regulator, driver device consists of electromotor, speed
reducer and frequency conversion etc. In order to meet the locale disposal
need, there three disposal mode namely left setting, right setting and up
setting for driver electromotor and speed reducer , as follow graphics.
Other disposal mode can be adapted according to users’ practical
situation.

CHAPTER 6 . Assembling of equipment, test-drive and
operation

completed before leave factory. If there no special case ,you need
not to modify it. After the machine has run for a period of time, it
may need to be adjust again.
2.3 Running with load
If no load running is normal, coal feeder should begin running with
load. First begin with no load running, after it run in going order
then begin running with load. The rest step is just as above.
2.4 Record of test-drive should be kept, in which there are data like
voltage, electric current and speed of belt during no load running
and running with load. Please compare it with design requirements
to decide whether it meet the design requirements.
2.5 When the running with load of coal feeder has been normal, The
input of working parameter and calibration of weighing meter can
begin. You can refer to the “weigh belt operation instruction” or
“user's manual” to find means and procedure of calibration.
2.6 Operation of coal feeder
It should begin no load running on every initiation.
Bottom cleaning device only need run 3 ~ 5 minutes every time.
There no special require on its initiation and stop.
Operator should examine operational aspect of every parts of
equipment, especially the operation aspect of belt. You must pay
attention to deviation and tension of belt. If there are any problem,
you should adjust it. Driver device should keep in good condition.
During the running period of coal feeder, do not put ferric
material, mass material and long foreign material into coal feeder.
That will damage equipment and cause accident.
When coal feeder stopped, strobe of feed inlet should be closed to
stop the hot air flow back and damage equipments in coal feeder.
You can refer to the “weigh belt operation instruction” or “user's
manual” to learn the operation of weighing display meter and
weigh belt.

CHAPTER 7 Maintenance, maintain and repair of machinery
7.1 In normal condition, belt coal feeder should be minor repaired
every quarter and be medium repaired biannually. Every two
years, there should be a general overhaul for belt coal feeder.
When coal feeder be overhaul generally, wear and tear status of
belt should be examined. Belt should be replaced if the abrasion
of it is serious. Means of replacement and link of belt: First,
peel equal ply belt course every 300mm, then make the peeling
place rough by burnished with roughing burnisher; Second
,brush cold bonding glue (chloroprene all purpose adhesive),
After it dry in the shade, butt joint and compact it. Thus the
joint of belt has been connected. As following drawing.

7.2 Examine the working order of rollers. Please repair or replace
the roller if it is frayed or it can’t turn smoothly. Driver roller,
driven roller and bearings should be examined carefully too. If
there any problem, please repair or replace them.
7.3 Oil level of speed reducer should be examined often. If oil is
not enough, please add to same designation lubricating oil. If
there any exceptional sound, please stop the machine at once, do
not run with problem.
7.4Bottom cleaning system should be examined often. You should
examined the abrasion status of scraper, and whether there are
big mass foreign material seizing it, etc.
7.5 Every rotatable parts should keep in good lubrication,
lubricating oil should be added to and replaced termly.
7.6 Every coal feeder should have maintenance record.

CHAPTER 8 Installation and use of electric equipment
8.1 summarization
We will give an example of sliding transformer speed
regulator type coal feeder. The installation and use of frequency
conversion speed regulator type coal feeder can refer to
“frequency conversion instruction manual”.
Control mode of sliding transformer speed regulator type coal
feeder adapts local control cabinet, and it has remote control
interface. Local control cabinet has the switches for local control
mode, remote control mode, built-in lighting, and cleaning control.
Speed control device usually be placed in concentrative control
console to make operation more convenient.
Coal feeder has optional protective devices for coal chokage,
coal lock, over loading and underload. When coal chokage or coal
lock happens, system will send warning signal to inform operator
to examine the trouble.
Cleaning system of coal feeder has over loading protection
mechanism. When sweeper meet with clog and make electromotor
over loading, protection mechanism will cut power and stop
cleaning device.
8.2 Installation of electric equipment
8.2.1 Weighing meter
Junction box is fixed near the weigh bridge frame. The distance from
junction to weigh sensor should not beyond 1.5 meter. Weighing meter
should be fixed in concentrative control console or locale control cabinet
with safeguard to protect form damage.
8.2.2 Notice of electrical equipment wiring
8.2.2.1 All connection should be process on relative element. All
joints should be waterproof, shockproof and dustproof
8.2.2.2 All connections should according to locale assembly drawing.
Wires arranged in a definite order should been connect to relative
terminal. All shielded cable should be connected to ground or the
appointed terminal in the locale assembly drawing.
8.2.2.3 The power from switchboard should be laying out solely. The
signal wire and power wire should be laying out solely.
8.2.2.4 All electric motor engine casing must be connected to ground.

8.2.2.5 The length of weighing signal cable should less than 60m,
and 4 core shielded cable(RVVP4×0.5) should be used. If the length is
between 60m and 900m, the 6 core shielded cable(RVVP6×0.5) must be
adopt.
8.2.2.6If the adopted weighing meter has communication function,
the communication pin plug in the communication socket on the back
panel of the meter.
8.2.2.7 YZ model rubber insulated cable is adopt for outer wiring of
control cabinet.
8.2.2.8 You can refer to the “weigh belt operation instruction” or
“user's manual” to get more information for the specification requirement
of installation of mechanical equipment and electric equipment of weigh
belt.
8.3 Method of application ( please refer to electric schematic
diagram)
8.3.1 Switch on.
8.3.2 The start and stop of coal feeder
8.3.2.1 press the start button of driver motor to make it run.
8.3.2.2 We will give an example of sliding transformer speed
regulator type coal feeder. Before the start of motor, controller should be
in “manual” position. Then adjust the speed regulator potentiometer of
controller to make the coal feeder to run.( please refer to the “speed
regulator operation instruction” to get more information)
For the coal feeder with regulator, the regulator adopt intellectualized
PID adjustment, so you need not adjust the preset parameter of PID, you
can adopt the factory setting.
When use regulator control the controller, controller of speed
regulator should be in “auto” position.
According to the operation flow chart of regulator, you can set and
lockout the flux upper limit and lower limit, setting value and other
parameter that needed. in the relative panel of regulator.
Do the manual adjustment on the regulator, when the measured value
near to the set value, then start AT function, automatic analytic system of
meter will execute respond process from dynamic state to stable state.
And figure out the best PID parameter. When AT finished, AT indicator
light switch off, and new parameter will be execute.
8.3.2.3 Before stop the coal feeder, the speed regulator signal should
be reduce to “0”, then press the stop button, and the driver motor will
stop.
8.3.2.4 When remove coal jam or over load trouble, first press the
start button and then adjust the regulator to make it reach the prescriptive
speed.
8.3.3The control system of the bottom clearing device:
8.3.3.1 Switch on to make the control system of the bottom clearing

device get power.
8.3.3.2 Press the start button of the clearing motor. Clearing will run
and delaying automatically. When it reach the delaying time, it will stop
automatically. Also you can press the stop button of the clearing system
to stop it on any time.
8.3.3.3 If the over load trouble of the clearing motor has been
removed, you can press the start button of the clearing motor again.
8.3.3.4 When coal feeder need illumination, please press the lamp
switch to make the 36V circuit galvanized. You can press the lamp switch
to stop the illumination if you needn’t it.
8.3.3.5 Clearing device should running 1 or 2 times for every
attended time, and every time run 3~5 minutes.
8.3.3.6 Clearing device can be design as auto model or manual model
by the user’s requirement.
8.3.4 service condition:
8.3.4.1 ambient temperature: -10~+60℃

The follow data user should provide for order goods:
9.1 Measuring accuracy requirement of coal feeder.
9.2 Belt width or flux every hour of coal feeder.
9.3 Convey distance (the distance between the center of coal inlet and the center
of coal outlet)
9.4 Feeder hopper height (the height from the coal inlet bottom flange to the coal
outlet flat roof)
9.5 The size of inlet and outlet flange
9.6 Sliding transformer speed regulator model or frequency conversion speed
regulator model.
