Intervention

To prevent accident on electrical equipment defectives, an electrician should be

informed and consulted to solve this problem. In cases, when immediate response of

action can not apply, a caution sign should posted in area where electrical hazard may

occur. For the elevator, it shouldn’t be place by this unnecessary things and immediate

removal of those is needed. Since the door is also missing it should be cover and

caution sign should be posted.
