    Read Sections 3.2, 3.3, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4

    Problems: 3.2, 3.4 (with spice), 3.6, 3.8

    For the Spice problem (3.4 of text) please hand in


    1. the spice netlist,
    2. plots of the IV curve for VGS = 0.5V, 1.0V, 1.5V, 2.0V
    and 2.5V.
    3. For VGS=1.5V, measure the current for VDS = 0.5V,
    1.0V, 1.5V, 2.0V, 2.5V. Present your results in a table.
