Sub.: No Objection Certificate (“NOC”) in respect of use of premises by Cloudtail India

Private Limited.

I/We, Click or tap here to enter text. have entered into a Leave and License Agreement /Lease
Deed dated (“Agreement”) with Click or tap here to enter text.
(“Vendor”) having registered office at Click or tap here to enter text. through which Vendor has
acquired the right to use and occupy my/our premises located at Click or tap here to enter text.
(hereinafter referred to as “Premises”) for industrial, warehousing purposes and related
activities.

I/We hereby represent and warrant that:

a. I am/we are the lawful, absolute owner(s) of and absolutely seized and possessed of the
Premises;
b. The building structure (including the Premises) has been constructed in accordance with
building plans sanctioned and approved by the concerned municipal authorities and the
occupancy certificate with respect to Premises has been duly obtained and is in my/our
possession;
c. The Premises can be used for warehousing and related activities;
d. Further, I/We represent and confirm that as on the date, there are no encumbrances on
the Premises.

Further, we are aware that the Vendor has entered into one Master Service Agreement with
Cloudtail India Private Limited (“Cloudtail”) and in this regard, I/We state and confirm that
I/We have no objection with :

i. Vendor providing warehousing, storage services and such other services to Cloudtail;

ii. Cloudtail’s use of the Premise in connection with the services availed from Vendor; and

iii. Cloudtail’s registration of the Premise as an additional place of business under the
registrations obtained under various tax legislations, including but not limited to Goods
and Service Tax Act, licenses and/or permissions and/or registrations under the Food
Safety and Standards Act / Legal Metrology Act / APMC Act and such other Act(s) as
may be required, from time to time.
