For loading and extracting the objects, there are core services available
which are SOAP based and ability to expose custom code as web service
in the middle tier.

As we need to access the below teamcenter services for loading and

extracting the required objects in Teamcenter enterprise, the libraries for
the API are required which should be obtained in the machine in which the
teamcenter tool got installed.
