To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is in reference to Olivia Pasquariello. Olivia has been a student and athlete for
me. I have encouraged her to become a teacher because of her passion to learn, as well as,
help others.

As student athlete Olivia was a starter for our softball team that has won two state titles.
The reason I bring this up is because I utilize my upperclassmen as role models for the
younger players and Olivia has really worked hard to help those players these last two
years.

I ask my upperclassmen to lead small groups during the season. During that time Olivia was
willing to do whatever was asked of her. I had her work with a certain group of hitters and
she did a tremendous job teaching them proper mechanics and she motivated them to
continue to get better when they struggled.

What separates Olivia from other candidates is her passion to learn and seek out people
who will make her a better teacher. She does not forget who has helped her and is not
afraid to let people know how much she appreciates what they have done for her. As a
teacher that is important because she is humble and not afraid to let students know they
are valued. With that sincerity and passion the students will be motivated to be the best
they can be.

I hope you will strongly consider Olivia for your position. She will not let you down. She
will be an asset to whatever school hires her. If I were in a position to hire her it would be a
