Qualification: Candidates having at least Master Degree in the relevant subject
Terms and Conditions: The employees will be entitled to the following facilities which will be duly mentioned in the
individual employment agreement:
a. Breakdown of the Monthly Salary is as follows:
✓ Basic Salary : QR 3400/-.
✓ Performance based allowance : QR 1500/-.
✓ Teaching allowance for Matric Classes : QR 500/-.
✓ Teaching allowance for FSC Classes : QR 1000/-.
✓ Teaching allowance for IGCSE/ O Level Classes : QR 1000/-.
✓ Teaching allowance for A Level Classes : QR 1500/-.
In addition to Basic Salary and Performance based allowance, the teacher is entitled to the above teaching
allowances if engaged in any of these Board / Edexcel classes.
b. Single VISA not for family.
c. Free fully furnished shared bachelor accommodation in teachers’ villa.
d. Return air ticket from the place of origin after every two years.
e. Summer vacation salary as per rules (where teachers joining the school less than 6 months but with a minimum of
two months service before summer break are paid for only one month on account of summer vacation salary).
f. Free medical facility as per Qatar laws.
g. End of service gratuity.
h. Free pick and drop facility from teachers’ villa to school and vice versa.
