HELICOPTER TICKET - SHRI Amarnath Ji Yatra - 2019

● Each Yatri would be required to provide Compulsory Health Certificate as per Shrine Board's Performa at
the time of boarding the helicopter at Neelgrath.
● In case the Yatri fails to provide the Compulsory Health Certificate, the Service Provider will not issue
Boarding Pass to them and the Yatri will not be entitled to any refund of ticket fare.
● All passengers must carry a valid Photo ID proof (Passport / Driving License / Voter ID / PAN card) and the
Original Credit / Debit Card with which the Booking was done, without which the Boarding will be denied.

PASSENGERS REPORTING TIME IS 1 HOUR BEFORE SHUTTLE DEPARTURE, ELSE THEY WILL NOT BE
ALLOWED TO BOARD.

For Panjtarni to Neelgrath, Passengers will be Boarded on First Come First Basis.

Terms & Conditions
1. Each Yatri would be required to provide Compulsory Health Certificate as per Shrine Board's Performa available on
http://www.shriamarnathjishrine.com/ at the time of boarding the helicopter at Neelgrath, In case the Yatri fails to provide the
Compulsory Health Certificate, the Service Provider will not issue Boarding Pass to them and the Yatri will not be entitled to
any refund of ticket fare.
2. Persons under the age of 13 years, above the age of 75 years, and ladies with more than six weeks of pregnancy will not be
registered for the Yatra
3. This PTD is non-transferable. A person shall not be entitled to be carried on a flight unless that he/she presents a PTD valid
and duly issued in accordance with Carrier's Regulations.
4. All passengers produce a valid photo ID proof (Passport/Driving License/Voters ID/PAN card / Credit Card with Photo) and
Credit / Debit Card in original thru which the Ticket has been purchased, without which boarding will be denied. This must be
same as the ID Proof.
5. Taxes, as applicable, are charged to all passengers.and are included in ticket cost.
6. It is estimated that per Adult passenger weight is 75KG approx. In case of overweight of the passenger, because of the weight
limitations of the helicopter, GVHL has the discretion to refuse or make the alteration into the booking /fare and charge
additional amount for the excess weight as per Industry practice. Maximum of 5 kg of hand baggage per Adult is permitted only.
Excess baggage is not permitted.
7. Passengers to check in at least 1 hour prior to the departure of the flight at Neelgrath/Panjtarni. For Panjtarni to Neelgrath
sector, passengers will be boarded on a First Come First Basis subject to availability of seats.
8. The trek to the Holy Cave and back to Panjtarni takes approx. 5 hours and the Darshan takes 1 hour. Normally the flights stop
after 5 pm, hence, it is likely that passengers reaching Panjtarni after 11 am may be unable to take the flight back to Neelgrath
the same day. Such passengers will need to put up for a night at Panjtarni at their own cost and they will be picked up from
Panjtarni the next day on first come first serve basis.
9. GVHL reserves to itself the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel or delay the commencement or continuance of the
flight or to change the landing place or to deviate from the route of the journey or to change the type of helicopter in use without
thereby incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. GVHL
also reserves the right to cancel or delay its flight under circumstances beyond its control, for example, bad weather conditions,
technical defects and government regulations/orders/requirements etc. The liability of GVHL in such event shall be limited to
refund of the fare amount.
10. All passengers will be subjected to security screening prior to boarding the helicopter as per applicable regulations. GVHL
reserves to itself the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit to travel or who in the opinion of GVHL may
constitute a risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.
11. If at any stage it is found that the helicopter is overloaded, GVHL will have the right to decide which passengers or article shall
be offloaded and such decision shall be binding.
12. GVHL is not liable for any loss or damage occasioned by delay in the carriage by air of passengers or baggage. Receipt
without complaint of registered baggage on the termination of the journey shall be prima facie evidence that the baggage has
been delivered correctly and in good condition.
13. Carriage of dangerous goods/articles is not permitted. Restricted articles include but are not limited to compressed gases,
corrosives, explosives, flammable liquids, solids, radioactive materials, poisons, infectious substances and brief cases with
installed alarm devices.
14. In the event of death of a passenger, or any bodily harm or wound suffered by a passenger which results in permanent
disability, incapacitating him from engaging in or being occupied with his usual duties or business occupation, the liability of the
carrier for each passenger shall be INR 20,00,000/-
15. In case of medical emergency, GVHL reserves the right to board the Patient with one attendant on priority.
16. CANCELLATION: This travel document issued by GVHL shall be subject to the rules of cancellation as follows:

17. Transaction fee of 2% plus tax will be charged in case booking through Credit card and Debit Card, the Transaction Fees is
Non Refundable. Minimum charges of Rs. 150/- (Rs. One Hundred fifty only) per One Way Ticket Per Passenger will be
charged for cancellation, as administrative charges. These charges are over and above any charges levied by the credit card
issuer.
18. No rebooking will be allowed. Only cancellation of PTDs is possible. In case of passenger wanting to rebook, he will have to
cancel the PTD and do a fresh booking.
19. REFUNDS: Refunds for payments done through Credit & Debit Cards will be credited back to the card holder's account from
which the payment was received.
20. The liability of GVHL for damage sustained in the event of death or wounding of a passenger or any other bodily injury suffered
by a passenger or by his registered baggage during the course of carriage by air will be governed by the provisions of sections
4,5,6 and the rules contained in the Second Schedule of Carriage by Air Act 1972 with certain exceptions, adaptations,
modifications etc. as mentioned in the Govt. of India, Ministry of Civil Aviation Notification and as amended from time to time.
21. SELF CERTIFICATION BY THE PASSENGER / YATRI: Passenger has to self-certify that he/she is medically fit to travel by
helicopter and to walk upto an altitude of 13,500 ft above sea level for undertaking the Amarnathji Yatra.
