Challenge

Henry and Tiffany play “The Guessing Game”. First, Tiffany secretly thinks of a
number between 1 and 100. Henry needs to guess that number by asking Tiffany
several questions of the form “Is your number less than or equal to X?”, where X is a
whole number between 1 and 100. The game ends when Henry asks the correct
number. If Henry plays optimally, what is the minimum number of questions he
needs to ensure that he will be able to identify the correct number?
