CASE FOR THE MENTORING SESSION

According to the case provided “ emotional intelligence” the control on the emotion plays an very
important role in every one’s life. It not only reflects the high level of intelligence not in the for the
organization for which one is working but also the people who are attached with it. From the drastic
changing world this skill to hold is one of the best quality showing ability because of it only one can
feel happy and enjoy the life to then fullest.
In the fast moving world people are more stressed out facing many problems that how sometime one
ends with holding its work or the family. And if any problem occurs one person feels like problem has
occurred due to one only. This start making one step towards depression and into him.
Same is the case with one of the latest incident with CCD’S CEO MR. V G SIDDHARTHA that he was
found dead ( by police due to unable to handle the work load ) as he was missing from 2 days. This is
the case of unable to handle the emotional oneself. As due to his decision not only his family other
thousands of employees that were attached are suffering .
This kind of depressed attitude have never made the any organization to height. The man with kind
will only let the one with drastic drawback not only towards the organizations but one can not even
become the part of the happiness movements in the family as well as in organization. The man
thinking with in oneself never succeed in his life. If one can’t handle the problems of the company
that are related to him that is not a problem but the suicide has declared that one was having very
low score for the emotional quotient . So handing the outside world creates more problem for the
one. This make the lose in confidence and the positive attitude is also lost this starts leading one
towards the depression status.

The decisions are easy to make but the consequences are known afterwards.
