course’s Class Drive Folder by April 3, 2020 or following any other mode if specifically
instructed by your course teacher – just one time submission for each course is sufficient.
You may resubmit this new form as a replacement if you have already submitted the earlier
version of this form.

 I will not do anything that can potentially disturb my online class and the video
conferences.
 I will not record and/or make video of my class video conference without the consent of
my course instructor.

course instructor.
 I will not manipulate the class video or other course materials without consent of my
instructor.
 I will not share the class video, any pre-recorded video and other course materials and
I will not post these in any social media without consent of my course instructor.
