Important Notes:

1. Each Cluster- 4 (Four) working days

2. The timeline gets activated the day after signing the agreement and receiving the retainer.
3. Site construction works: It is a 65 (working) days time-period project
4. GFC Drawing Preparation: 15 (Working) days
5. Date of Commencement: August 1, 2023 (Tentative. BdREN will confirm)
6. Handover Date: November 8, 2023 (After confirmation on*5 from BdREN)
7. Client needs to confirm the shared time slots with the Third party (if any) before giving approval to FCA to proceed with this timeline.
Any delay from LL/Third party (if any) end will create impact on this master timeline and FCA will not take any responsibilities for the delay caused by LL /Third party.
8. Payment is expected to be received from the Client as per approved Payment Terms. However, if payment is not received by due date, handover date will be deferred by the number of days payment is delayed.
9.Idle days due to pending decision from BdREN on drawing and specifications will also be calculated and handover date will be extended likewise.

*List of Holidays considered:

1. August 15, 2023 (National Mourning Day)- 1 day

2. September 6, 2023 (Janmashtami)- 1 day
3. September 28, 2023 (Eid e Miladunnabi)- 1 Day
