We are pleased to submit to you this service proposal for your confirmation and proposal. Please see the below our
offered services, corresponding fees and conditions that may apply on this project.

1. Project Background

Project Name: Our Lady of Annunciation Parish Parking Building

Project Address: Mindanao Ave., Quezon City

2. Scope of Services

a. 3D modelling and detailing of the Parking building

b. 1 minute walkthrough video; 1080p, 60fps, with background music in mp4 format
c. Rendering of one (1) man’s eye view exterior perspective; 3840x2160 pixels in size; in natural
daylight and basic entourage in jpg format
d. 2D drawings of floor plan (ground and second level) and elevation (front and side) in A3 size paper
e. Two (2) Revision Cycles

3. Proposed Cost of Services

Walkthrough Video Php 10,000.00

Exterior Perspective Php 2,500.00
2D Drawings (3 Sheets) Php 7,500.00
Total Php 20,000.00

The compensation as stated in this proposal does not include tax or other applicable duties as may
be required by the law.

4. Terms of Payment

50% deposit upon confirmation Php 10,000.00

50% upon submission of all the drawings Php 10,000.00
Total Php 20,000.00

 5. Project Schedule

Work shall commence upon singing of the proposal and receipt of the requested file/s. Novus
design lab shall submit all the required images/videos after 7 calendar days.

*Schedule may vary depending on the revisions/ alterations required by the client.

6. Revisions and Alterations

Novus Design Lab shall charge a fix amount of 3,500 per revision cycle after the 2 initial revisions.

7. Suspension or Abandonment

In the event that this agreement is terminated by the client prior to the completion of the services
but where the services have been partially performed, Novus Design Lab shall be entitled to pro
rata payment of the compensation to the date of termination.

Also, the 50% initial deposit is non-refundable.
