1. THREAT OF NEW ENTRY
Our products not entirely new product already available in everywhere . So we
have higher competition and we hope that threats of new entrants also higher.
.
2. BARGAINING POWER OF SUPPLIERS
Supplier are limited and so the bargaining power of suppliers are higher

3. BARGAINING POWER OF BUYERS

Buyers are moderating.sometimes low sometimes high.. But after few months we
hope number of consumers who consume our products will increase
4. THREATS OF SUBSTITUTES
There is big competition with substitutes. Our products cannot keep for more than one
or two days. But commercially produced soft drinks can keep for long duration. So
some people willing to buy soft drinks more than buying our products.
