ADDENDUM NO. 3
In accordance with clause 8.1 of the Instructions to Bidders, the following modifications to the Bidding Document
effects.

01. PART II
Section 6 – Employer’s Requirements, Section 6.1 – Scope of Works, 6.1.1 Introduction, page 6-4

Replace the parts as follows,

“Part 1: from 0+400 – 1+750 km.”

“Part 2: from 1+850 – 3+400 km.”
“Part 2A: from 1+750 - 1+850 km.”
“Part 3: from 4+200 – 5+270 less 4+870 – 4+900km”
“Part 4: from 0+000 – 0+400km.”
“Part 5: from 3+400 – 4+200 km and 4+870 – 4+900 km.”

Section 8 – Particular Conditions of Contract, Part A – Appendix to Tender

Clause 1.1.5.6, Page 8-2:

Replace the Section A, B, C, D and E with following,

Section A
“First phase of ground level road construction of Part 1 (0+400 – 1+750) and Part 3 (4+200 - 5+270 less
4+870 – 4+900)”

Section B
“Construction of Elevated structure of Part 1 (0+400 – 1+750) and first phase of ground level road construction
of Part 2 (1+850 – 3+400) and Part 2A (1+750 – 1+850)”

“Delete the Stage 3 –

“Stage 3 - Part 5 within 24 months from Commencement Date”

Replace the wording “traffic monitoring CCTV cameras” with “poles for fixing monitoring cameras”

Add the following with paragraph 28, “Toll facility gantries shall be constructed by the PAEHP Contractor.
The sample gantry arrangement only for contractor’s reference is attached as Annex 18. The PAEHP
Contractor shall design the gantry to suit the PAEHP. The number of location for gantry will be one”
