1. To compare the perceived level of services at certain famous fast-food


chains in Delhi (NCR).
2. To evaluate the effect of customers’ profile (Gender, Age, etc.) on
their frequency to a certain restaurant.
3. To determine the reasons why the fast-food culture is mounting in
