Conclusion

Cervical vertebrae X-ray examination, frontal and lateral views.

Paravertebral soft tissues are not changed. Posterolateral surface shows shades of vertebral vessels. X-ray examination shows
densification of vertebral end plates of articular surfaces of vertebral bodies, rectification of lordosis. Moderate arthrosis of arched
joints at C3-7 level, unconvertebral arthrosis, height of C4-C5, C5-C6 vertebrae intervertebral spaces is slightly decreased with the
presence of marginal bone growth. No vertebrae dislocation.

Diagnosis in short: Cervical vertebrae degenerative disc disease. Uncovertebral arthrosis. Discs C4-
С5,С5-С6 degenerative disease.
Study performed w/out contrast agent.
Total effective dose: 0.22 mSv.

X-Ray examination. MSCT, ultrasound and endoscopic findings are not a clinical diagnosis and must be interpreted only while strict
comparison with data of clinical, laboratory and pathomorphological studies. Therefore, regardless of the results, see your attending
physician.

1.1 PREPARATION OF SOLUTION

 Diluent: N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF)
 Blank: Accurately transfer 2 mL of DMF to the headspace vial, mix well.
 Trichloromethane reference stock solution: Accurately transfer 60 mg of trichloromethane to a 100 mL
volumetric flask, which contains a small amount of DMF, dilute to the volume with DMF, mix well.
 Reference solution: Accurately transfer 30 mg of dichloromethane to a 250 mL volumetric flask,
which contains a small amount of DMF, and then accurately add 5 mL of trichloromethane reference
stock solution to the volumetric flask, dilute to the volume with DMF, mix well. ( 1mL of the solution
contains 0.12 mg of dichloromethane and 0.012 mg of trichloromethane).
1.2 CALCULATE FORMULA
A t ×Cr
Residual solvent= ×100 %
A r ×Ct

Where:Cr: concentration of the reference solution;

Ct: concentration of the test solution

At: the peak area of solvents to be tested in the test solution;

Ar: the peak area of solvents to be tested in the reference solution.
