Good morning I’m going to talk about an inspired person for

me, the person that I chose is Hayao Miyazaki. he was born

on January 5 of 1941, He is a Japanese animator, filmmaker,
screenwriter, and manga artist who found Studio Ghibli.
Hayao was a three-time Oscar nominee in the animation film
category, winner in 2002 for Spirited Away, his other
nominations were for Howl's Moving Castle in 2005 and "The
Wind Rises" in 2013, the spirited away was surpassed the
Japan's box office revenue and titanic's success. In november
8 the Hollywood Academy of Arts and Sciences will awarded
the Honorary Oscar to the Japanese Hayao Miyazaki.
Miyazaki's works are characterized by the recurrence of
themes such as humanity's relationship with nature and
technology, the importance of art and craftsmanship, and the
difficulty of maintaining a pacifist ethic in a violent world.
The protagonists of his films are often strong girls or young
women. If you saw this movies, you would see how these
movies broke the stereotypes of women that Disney imposed
us in his movies, Miyazaki said that many of his films had
powerful - brave and self-sufficient girls who didn't think twice
about take over and fighting with all their hearts for what
they believe in. They needed a friend or an accomplice, but
never a savior, also he said that a woman is as capable as
any man of being a hero. If you take up to watched these
movies, you also would see that the women aren’t sexualized,
the main story doesn't go through romantic interests and they
aren't competitive with each other. There is also a place for
everyone from mothers and girls, so he takes the wisdom and
maturity of its trajectory. For this reason, Hayao Miyazaki is
an inspired person, I want to make films that leave a
message and help culture.
