Effective Immediately
1. While conducting your patrols please be vigilant for any tenant spaces that appears to
be not opened for the day or if you Observe a tenant moving out. Please take pictures
and report your findings to Management (Dana Powell) and Account Manager Kathie
Walker and conclude with an incident report.
2. Please keep a watchful eye on any activity that appears to be construction at the North
end of Mosaic next to the new Great Gatherings.  Nothing from our DC office or ours
here allows anyone to dig up or do anything in the sidewalks you have photographed.  If
anyone sees something or beginning to do work especially break into our sidewalks call
me and text me quickly.
3. Art Blooms at Mosaic 2020 Festival is indefinitely postponed this year due to:
a. Our decisions are to ensure measures are collaborative in response to the
National Cherry Blossom Festival Organization and to those surrounding events
within the metropolitan area imposed re: mass gatherings.

Three (3) Portable Wash stations will be delivered

1. Wash station #1 placed neatly at Building B north entry exterior

2. Wash station #2 placed neatly at Dock D open so that visitors see and use as they wish (Put this
off the blue paint flooring; Choolaah side next to their planter; this will be on the side with the
writing on the wall)

3. Wash station #3 placed at Penny Park neatly (Corner of Pupatella; and near the blue little
library)
