Included tests: Chemistry and Hematology tests as identified on the right:
Excluded tests: Histopathology, microbiology, serology. Any tests in Chemistry or Hematology not
mentioned on the inclusion list. Exclude any test which is sent outside of the hospital.
Included patients: ED patients and Inpatients
Excluded patients: OPD patients
Include: any ED or Inpatients who leave the hospital before the lab result is ready, because the lab might
not be aware anyways if the patient left.

Sample Size: 100% if using IT system, 650 per month if manually collected

Lab Turnaround Time

For STAT cases:
