b. Materials
10 Coins
c. Procedure
Arrange the 5 coins lined up horizontally on the left side and 5 coins lined up
horizontally on the right side. It should be distributed evenly.
Ask the question: “Which do you think has more coins?”
After the child answers, Change the position of coins. Make one side longer
and the other side shorter but it should be also evenly distributed. 5 coins
on the left and 5 coins on the right.
Ask the question: “Which do you think has more coins?”

a. Name of Experiment: Glasses of Water
b. Materials
2 Glasses of the same size. (Glass A & Glass B)
1 glass of different size. (Class C)
Water.
c. Procedure
Prepare 2 Glasses (Glass A and B) of the same size filled with the same
amount of water.
Ask the question: “Which one has more water in it?”
Now, transfer the amount of water from Glass A to Glass C, which is wider
and shorter in length.
Again, ask the question: “Which one has more water in it?”
