 Arrange the 5 coins lined up horizontally on the left side and 5 coins lined up
horizontally on the right side. It should be distributed evenly.
 Ask the question: “Which do you think has more coins?”
 After the child answers, Change the position of coins. Make one side longer
and the other side shorter but it should be also evenly distributed. 5 coins
on the left and 5 coins on the right.
 Ask the question: “Which do you think has more coins?”

c. Procedure
 Prepare 2 Glasses (Glass A and B) of the same size filled with the same
amount of water.
 Ask the question: “Which one has more water in it?”
 Now, transfer the amount of water from Glass A to Glass C, which is wider
and shorter in length.
 Again, ask the question: “Which one has more water in it?”
