Program Description
Meet the Counseling Team:

Ms. Rosy- School Counselor Ms. Joana- SC Intern Ms. Cathy- SC Intern

Goal: The multi-layered comprehensive school counseling program at


Ponderosa is designed to meet the academic, career, and social
emotional-learning needs of every student. This is achieved through
the implementation of Multi-tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), such
as Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS).

Participants and Stakeholders: school counselors, students, parents/


caregivers, teachers, psychologist, WYS-behavioral health aide,
PH-service providers, behavior intervention aide, administrators,
community liaison, and community partnerships.
