Founded in 1991, Nanfang Pump Industry Co Ltd is a listed company at the Shen-
zhen Stock Exchange. HYDROO Pump Industries SL is its European operational
branch. We are an enterprise specialised in the research, development and large-
scale production of Stainless Steel centrifugal pumps. We have a vertical integra-
tion of the production processes, standing out stamping, welding and motor wi-
ring in 6 velue centers and production units. All of them with a high performance
management on pump engineering and production quality.

HYDROO has set up a wide range of pumping solutions for many applications as
building services, industry, irrigation and industrial process. Customers enjoy
of the highest performance in booster sets and pressurization, fire-fighting sets,
pumping of underground water, HVAC and drainage and sewage, utilities, desali-
nation and OEM integrations. Versions in 50 Hz and 60 Hz are available, as well
as any modification on materials, on request.

Description Performance scope

Vertical multistage in-line centrifugal pumps
made in Stainless Steel. Standard totally en-
closed, fan cooled, insulation class F, IP 55
motors. Single phase motors up to 2,2 kW.
Standard versions are suitable for smart
pumping of clean water with a temperature

Single stage double suction split case pump

Description Performance scope

The casing is axially split, which permits re-
moval of the complete rotor without moving
either piping nor motor. Pumps generating
high heads have double volutes to reduce
radial forces. Replaceable wear ring protect
the casing at the impeller running clearanc-
es. Flange drilled to ISO, DIN, BS or ANSI.
The closed double suction impeller gives
practically zero axial forces. Each impeller is
statically and dynamically balanced accord-
ing to ISO1940.

Description Performance scope

- SO is semi-open impeller stainless steel
horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump. SC
is close impeller stainless steel horizontal
single-stage centrifugal pump. They are axial
suction and radial discharge.
- Compact structure, the pump is connected
with motor directly and fit with same shaft.
- Easy for conneciton. They are thread and
cutting ferrule connection for inlet and out-

- Light weight, casing is welded by punching
thin plate. SO impeller is investment casting

Description Performance scope

This variable speed PID controlled booster
system is a sophisticated system, composed
of latest technology PID variable speed con-
trol cabinet and more than two sets of paral-
lell pumps. It can be automatically adjusted
to fulfill the requirement of constant pres-
sure, variable flow water supply. The pres-
sure of the water supply pipe network keeps
constant, and the whole water supply system
always keeps the best state of high efficiency
and energy saving.
There are two types of water supply, one is
by frequency conversion can automatically
adjust the rotating speed of one pump or

Description Performance scope

The smart VFD controlled pump booster sys-
tem is composed of new PID controller and
pump in parallel. It can auto adjust to ful-
fill variable water requirement of user. The
pressure of water supply network will keep
constant. The whole water supply system is
in high efficient, energy saving status. VFD
control can auto adjust each pump’s rotating
