Exercise 1:

Dear Mom,
Today is your birthday and I realize that I want to be the first person to wish you
happy birthday on your birthday. I know you love me so much and that love will
definitely not change no matter what the circumstances. In my eyes, you are
always a positive inspiration for me to look at whenever I have difficulties or
failures in my life. On this special occasion, I truly hope you will always be happy,
enjoying every moment because you deserve. In addition, my greatest wish is that
you have good health and lots of energy to experience interesting things with me.
Furthermore, you are assured that I will be by your side in order to go through
radiant memories like your own smile. I feel blessed of being your daughter and I
love you to the moon and back. Happy birthday, mom!
Your daughter,
Tram.

Exercise 2:
Dear my friend,
I have tried to contact you many times via mobile phone but I could not connect
with you. I would like to inform you that I might come late for the appointment
tonight because I have to go to the hospital with my mother to periodic health
check.I will still be the chef at the party. The dishes cooked during the party need
to be well prepared in terms of ingredients. It is a pity that the supermarket is quite
far from my house. As far as I know, there is a convenient supermarket near your
home. Could you pick up some ingredients at the supermarket? The ingredients I
need to prepare such as: tomatoes, onions, carrots, green beens, cheese and packet
of spaghetti, sugar and chocolate. I really hope you can buy these items for me. I
promise I will come as soon as possible. See you soon!
Your friend,
Tram.
