Respondents of Study

The respondents of the study will be elementary students.

The guidance will serve as the source of information on the
different type of examination test. That will have introduced in
the examination room. The students will be the user, they must
finish the exam before the time and the system will evaluate the
score in the automated system.

Instrumentation

The survey questionnaire was used as the main instrument for

this study. The Questionnaire was divided in to two main parts.
The interview method is used to gather information through one on
one confrontation with the respondents of the study. Second
questionnaire is about the profile contains socio-demographic
profile .

Data Gathering Procedures

The following procedures is undertaken in order to pursue

the objectives of the study: The Researcher sought the approval
of the Director of the Guidance before the conduct of the study.

Right after the approval, the researcher immediately

interviewed the guidance councilor concerned related on the study
as regard to the existing manual system.
