Ans) The Electives I wished to opt and already opted is Marketing and HR that’s dual
specialization.
Reasons
Marketing and Human Resources is an unusual combination for dual specialization.
However, both specializations require similar kinds of skills. Both require us to have
excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well to which I believe I possess
those skills. Therefore, it makes sense for me to do Marketing and Human Resources.

The skills I’ll learn about in one specialization will be useful for another. For example, in HR, I
will learn to manage people and keep them happy. These skills will be quite useful when I
am leading a marketing team or department. Similarly, the selling and negotiating skills I will
inculcate in marketing can be used in HR as well when I am recruiting and negotiating
salaries.
3) Preferred industry, Job roles and reasons to opt such

As I’m going to take Marketing and Hr specialization, I will pursue Marketing as major and
would likely be pursuing my career in marketing itself. I worked as an office executive for 9
months in an sales and distribution firm and from its experience and work process I
inculcated lot of skills from it and has given a intense amount of learning in those fields and
also my existing role in the internship is Sales and marketing which was preferred from my
interests and background.

I am unclear about my preferred job role and industry, but I will prefer Marketing manager
as the job role over any other roles in marketing in situational basis
