5 Daily Steps to
Love Yourself and Your Life

Create A positive
morning routine

Creating positive morning


routine that is filled with
gratitude and manifestation, has
been such a BIG gamechanger
for me, and now when I don’t do
it, I immediately notice the
impact it has on my day. Not
talking about the regular
morning routine you’re used to.
We’re talking HIGH VIBES before
you even get out of bed.

Here’s what I do every morning:

⚛︎Wake up and immediately say what I’m grateful


for out loud or in my head
⚛︎Look into a mirror and say positive things to
myself like I love you Dani, you are amazing and I
really really love you.
⚛︎Spend 10-15 minutes meditating or a tapping
session
⚛︎Journal and write down affirmations. Write
intention of the day.

Move your
body
Physical activity and self-esteem are
interlinked and moving your body
every day is an easy way to create a
happy life. You will release good
seratonin hormones giving you an
energy boost and boost your overall
mental health.

Doesn’t matter what you choose. You can dance, go


on a walk, or maybe the gym. Just make sure you
move your body every single day.

Some ways I like to move my body


each day are:

⚛︎Dancing with the girls


⚛︎Morning walk listening to podcast or
audible
⚛︎YouTube workouts
⚛︎Play outside with girls. We have recently
implemented sports now into a daily routine.
⚛︎Swimming during spring and summer.

Fall in love
with yourself

You only get one body. One body to


carry you all through your life. Your
body fights viruses, diseases,
infections, and it literally works every
single second of every single day
without even realizing it. And yet
society wants us to think that our
bodies aren’t good enough! Especially,
us women, who have the ability to
create life, that simple fact alone, is
very powerful. It’s time to show your
body the respect and love it deserves.
It’s time to LOVE your body!
Fall in love with
youRself

This can be done in a variety of ways,


here are some tips that have helped
me:
⚛︎Look in the mirror completely
naked.

⚛︎Start by picking a body part and say


what you love about it and thank your
body. Continue on to each body part.

⚛︎ High five yourself in the mirror.


Yes, I said to high five yourself.
Learned this method by Mel Robbins,
and fell in love. It truly works.

Do this every single day for


30 days.

List GOALS
and dreams

We all have this idea of our perfect dream life.


We all have things we want to achieve and a
dream life we want to live.

While they are different steps we can take to


move towards these goals, and dreams, having a
daily reminder of them is a fire way to get their
faster.

Write them down. When you put pen to paper,


imagining what your writing, you’re telling the
universe you are ready. In the present tense,
like, I AM SO THANKFUL FOR THIS LIFE IM
LIVING. IT IS EVERYTHING I EVER DREAMED
OF.

Create a vision board. Something you can hang


up on a wall or make a screensaver for your
phone. So you’re constantly reminded.

Celebrate
yourself

At the end of each day,


celebrate yourself. Whether it’s
just getting through the day, or
completing a project, hitting
the gym. Whatever it is, you
deserve to feel proud of
yourself.

Starting the day with gratitude


is important, but finishing it
with gratitude is just as
important.

As humans, we are very good at


labeling our days “good or bad“.
Dropping the labels, and
choosing to find a win in each
day is a simple mindset shift
hack.
