1. SET THE INTENTION FOR THE DAY

What are the things you want to do? How do you


want to feel at the end of the day?

Set a clear intention


and keep it in your mind during the day.
That way, even if something unexpected
comes up, you know how you want to feel and
you’re not going to let any external
circumstances change that.

If the intention is to feel calm and suddenly


you find yourself in a situation filled with anger
and frustration, say to yourself that it’s just
temporary. The situation will pass as everything
always does, and get back to your day.

2. JOURNAL

When it comes to mindset work and shifting your


perspective, journaling is my favorite tool. Open your
journal and be honest with yourself. You need to ask
yourself the right questions to determine how you feel and
what can you do to improve your life. Take full
responsibility for your life and ask yourself why you’re not
where you want to be in life. Is it because you blame it on
things like not having enough money, time, support?
You’re not ready enough? You don’t look good enough?

Take a few moments to journal about your


feelings or write about your ideal day. Journal
about your problems or things you're excited
about.

Spend some time writing out your thoughts


instead of keeping everything in your mind.

3. GRATITUDE

Learn to find the positive in every situation. Focus on the


present moment and all the good things you have in life.
People that you can call friends, good wi-fi connection,
almond milk on sale, food in your fridge etc. 

No matter how small, there is always something to be


grateful for. Once you realize how blessed you are, it will
turn your whole day around. Ultimately, if you make it a
habit, it will change your life.

When you focus on the positive, you naturally open


yourself to receive more positive things into your life.

4. AFFIRMATIONS

Affirmations help you believe in yourself and offer you a


more positive outlook on life. We often have a very
negative story we tell ourselves. We think how we’re not
good enough, we don’t have enough money, we don’t have
enough time, etc.

All those things we tell ourselves on a daily basis are a


part of our lives. Yes, it seems small when we say it (or
think it to ourselves) and it seems like we’re only saying
the truth. But after a while, we start believing in those
things so much that we block anything good to come into
our lives because we are so focused on the negative.

Therefore, positive affirmations are there to offer you a


positive perspective. To inspire you to rewrite your story.
To realize that you do have enough. And that
you are enough.

5. TAKE INSPIRED ACTION

Think about the intention you set and do things that are
aligned with it. Do what brings value into your life. There
is no excuse to not go after the life you want.

Anything is possible once you take full responsibility for


your life and stop blaming your parents, money, kids,
fears, age or what not for the life you’re currently living.

Even if you feel stuck where you are, you can 100 percent
choose where are you going from there. It’s up to you. It
always was and always will be. Once you realize that, once
you realize how powerful you are – the game changes. 

Do things you’re passionate about, and success will


inevitably follow.
