Place the written or printed the saying where you will need it most

Schedule 1 simple thing you enjoy doing this week (a massage, a trip to your favorite
store, a meal at your favorite restaurant, etc.) - and commit to doing it!
Schedule at least 1 hour this week to spend with people who love and support you
