Quick Reference Card - Home Safety Idea

Objective: To create a war footing setup of HOME ENVIRONMENT to cater “TEMPORARY INFECTION PROOF”

“Everybody’s sweet home is the safest place to take cover from this deadly virus infection”.

PRACTICE THE FOLLOWING:-

1. Pray to the almighty GOD to bless humans with strength to overcome this global crisis.
2. Talk Sweet Memories and BE POSITIVE thinker and orient all family members towards good happening and spiritualism and spend time with your loved ones
3. Terrace - Visit and exposure to Sunlight (1100 – 1200) and (0300-0400)
4. Iron Box - Use to sterile your bed spread / towel especially bed were you sleep etc.
5. Hair Dryer - Use it over your chest / face / hands etc to get warmth from safe distance.
6. LPG Stove/induction stove / portable electric kettle – Use to heat potable water for consumption.
7. Flask – store hot water for consumption.
8. Remove Ornaments worn in hand/fingers (Rings/Jewelry) and do not use wallet/purse.
9. Minimum Wash your hands 06 times in a day.
10. Goggle your throat/mouth with salt water 03 times.
11. Stop consuming re-frigate food.
12. Physical Exercise (in house) take complete rest (Sleep well to preserve your immunity defense system)
13. Play indoor games (Carrom /Chess) etc Snake and Ladder
14. Eat moderate and at right time to maintain your biological health.
15. Monitor Govt News – Minimum 04 Times (Morning/Noon/Evening and Night)
