Climate change is affecting our world and all of us today. From

Possible Solutions to Climate Change


1. House & Garden
Grow your own food. Redecorate with Eco-products. Buy energy-efficient appliances.
Reduce your electricity use. Reduce the usage of refrigerants and air conditioners. Pack
your refrigerator more tightly to reduce cooled air.
2. Water conservation
Take short showers and share bathwater. Pollute less. Turn off taps properly. Fix dripping
taps. Use appliances efficiently.
3. Transportation
Use a bike. Walk short distances rather than drive. Use public transportation or carpool for
long trips. Consolidate your trips. Research biodiesel and energy-efficient, electric, hybrid,
and diesel engines when buying a new car, motorbike, or scooter.
4. Shopping
Buy only post-consumer recycled paper products, including toilet paper and tissues. Avoid
using plastic bags from grocery stores. Bring canvas bags to carry your grocery items.
5. Community
Knowledge is power. Learn everything you can about global warming. Educate yourself,
your family, your friends, and everyone you meet. E-mail relevant articles to your friends
and family to get them up to speed about global warming.

How to Avoid Infection and Spreading the Virus


1. Wash your hands often for at
least 20 seconds.
2. Avoid touching your eyes, nose,
and mouth.
3. Cover your mouth and nose
when coughing or sneezing.
4. Practice physical distancing by
staying 1.5m from others.
5. Wear a mask when in public
places.
6. Clean and disinfect frequently
touched objects and surfaces.
7. Stay home if you are feeling
unwell.
D. INDIGENOUS PEOPLE’S AWARENESS
We celebrate their history because doing so helps to stop the loss and

grow their cultures. Celebrating their history invigorates pride in being

Indigenous. In their existence. In the preservation of their cultures,

protocols, spirituality, traditions, and languages.

The impacts of historical injustice to the Filipino indigenous peoples

are Land Dispossession, Differentiation, and Marginalization to

which they resisted – government came up with policy

recommendations such as IPRA to address the resistance; IPRA was

the fruit of a people’s struggle.
