4 Electronic hygrometer
When calibrating, pay attention to the handling method and precautions
of electronic hygrometer indicated by JIS Z 8806. Calibration is performed
by setting one temperature between 10 and 40 ° C. (hereinafter referred
to as a set reference temperature), setting the relative humidity range to
0 to 98% rh, and performing at three to five points according to the
characteristics of the hygrometer to be calibrated.
a. Make sure that the humidity value shown by the standard and the measurement
value of the hygrometer to be calibrated are sufficiently stable
b. Measure 3 times at a predetermined (for example, 10 minutes) interval with the
calibration hygromete
c. Make the measured value of the calibrated hygrometer the average value of the
measured value of the time

Post-treatment : After completion of measurement, place under conditions of 50 to 60% rh

for 30 to 60 minutes to complete calibration.

1. Place the humidity and humidity sensor of the hygrometer under test in a test tank that is
stable at the required temperature and humidity, confirm that the temperature and humidity
are stable, and immediately take the sensor out of the chamber to measure changes.
Method

2. The standard uncertainty obtained for each test item is combined to

obtain the expanded uncertainty (k = 2). Based on the instrumental error
and the data obtained in each test for each performance test evaluation
item, the experimental standard deviation is determined and used as the
standard uncertainty. However, responsiveness and temperature
dependency may not be included in the evaluation items of extended
uncertainty
